It is an exhilarating experience being a Visual Arts Teacher at Victoria East High School in Victoria, Texas. We continue to create a numerous amount of projects where each child has the opportunity to express him/herself. Art teaches students about the world around them and prepares them for life skills. Students in my class are being encouraged to think critically and creatively. This helps strengthen their thinking skills, express themselves and discuss their own experiences. In my classroom, students are questioned about artwork, how it makes them feel, and why it makes them feel that way. The children are engaged in the arts and look forward to their ART class each day. "WE" are reaching out for help. We would greatly appreciate any donations which will help us create our art! Your support means the world to us!
