My kindergarteners are part of a large urban school district. Like many districts, our school has been hit hard by budget constraints. Supplies and programs for art and music are being eliminated in many schools including ours. My students love to dance, sing, and learn to keep beat to the music. This is difficult to manage if I don't have the resources to do it.
