Being a teacher new to the middle school level I have been thinking of ways to not only encourage active, hands-on and engaged learning environments but also how to incorporate team building activities. Breakout EDU boxes are a great way to challenge students while learning and reviewing essential information. These boxes will allow both individual thinking as well as team collaboration allowing all students to learn. Breakout boxes can be used in a variety of different ways that provide a creative way to keep learning fun and engaging during the whole school year. These activities not only teach teamwork but also teach problem solving and critical thinking skills that are essential to teach our young learners.
