My class is a class of 25 kindergarteners with unique personalities and varying academic levels ranging from kindergarten to 2nd grade.
We are a kindergarten ICT class, 40% special education students and 60% regular education students. My students are part of a larger school community of about 700 students. Compared to other New York City Schools we are much smaller. While our small size has a lot of pros there are also many cons; one being the lack of space that our school has along with a smaller budget. While we try to use our budget wisely providing a great deal of resources for our students, we often do not have many of the things that we need to help all our students be successful.
