One big need in my classroom is to put enough into each student's hands- enough great books, enough hands-on manipulative materials, enough engaging activities. With these supplies, I will provide all of that and more to my students.
They will use the number stamps, Play-Doh, and ABC molds in various centers to help connect new concepts in literacy and math. The texts included will connect to that learning, as well, and put rich books on their level in their hands. This puts me, as an educator, one step closer to guiding their learning through different outlets. As all teachers know, there is no one way all students learn.
