As a teacher, I believe that it is my responsibility to equip my students with the tools necessary in order for them to be lifelong learners. My students attend a Title 1 school, where ninety percent of the students receive free or reduced lunch. The majority of these students come from families that are struggling to meet the basic everyday needs of the household. Therefore, most of the students in my class are unable to afford the resources and supplies needed to help with learning.
