Many of my students have different learning needs and will benefit from these tools in a variety of ways. Students with autism will be able to focus better with altered lighting. They will also be able to take a sensory break when they need to using the body socks and fidgets. Students with ADHD needs will be able to use the lap pad and wiggle cushions to help with body control and focus during instruction. With your very generous donations, I can remove the barriers for my students with disabilities so they may learn and grow with their non-disabled peers more successfully.
