The school in which I teach has about 90% free/reduced lunch students. The students are from a background that does not always allow them to have the educational exposure that many of students have. The students zoned to our school are from low economic, low educated families. The students do not always have what is needed in order to be prepared for school each day. Having more technology in the classroom will allow the students to be excited about school, and eager to learn no matter where they come from.
