As a middle and high school special education teacher in an inclusive setting, my focus is on serving as an academic and behavior strategist for students on my caseload. I support 18 students by developing and implementing individualized academic and behavioral goals aligned with their IEPs. I collaborate closely with general education teachers, service providers, and families to ensure consistent supports across learning environments. Through data-driven instruction, flexible strategies, and positive behavior interventions, I help students build skills, increase independence, and successfully access the general education curriculum while fostering a supportive and structured learning environment.
About my class
