I am a teacher at a brand new school that opened up in a high poverty public school district. I teach Preschool students. My classroom is very diverse; abilities, ethnicities, cultures, and ways they enjoy learning. My students are faced with many challenges in their home life, even at a young age. Despite their challenges, I am looking to provide my student's with a safe space that is rich, loving, and filled with meaningful learning experiences in the classroom. I am striving to meet each student's needs. My students face many daily challenges, but they still need materials that will positively influence their love to learn and grow. They need materials to be creative, interactive, curious learners. My students always make a huge impact on my life and I am trying to make a huge impact on theirs by giving them opportunities, materials, and experiences that will last a lifetime!
