We are requesting wobble chairs, balance ball chairs, and active seats. All alternative seating options will be used by my second grade students. Students should be given the chance to choose what they want to sit on to enhance their learning. The chance to offer my students an alternate seating to move while they work is exciting. Students will no longer have the only option of sitting in a hard plastic chair all day. Students will now have comfortable seating that allows them more freedom and choice. Many students require sensory input to keep them on task and allow them to learn. Let's give my students the chance to do their best.
