Students are using social media and online devices to communicate at younger ages then before. My 5th grade students have shared their experiences and worries about cyber bullying in my Digital Literacy class.
They want to create PSA videos to share the message that cyber bullying isn't OK. Some of these students have seen siblings affected or been affected themselves by these acts, and we know we can make a difference!
They may be young but they are passionate and committed to preventing and creating awareness of the dangers of cyberbullying with student created and produced digital videos! Help them create awareness of cyber bullying and its effects. These kids are 10-12 and its their goal to spread kindness and tolerance online, one kid at a time!
