The 85% of my students are English Language Learners that come from economically-disadvantaged households. The students attend a Title 1 school, which means that the majority come from a low income family. Our school has been making great positive strides in test scores over the past years and we would like to continue this progress but have been limited in our resources due to significant budgetary cutbacks.
