The best part about this group of students is their curiosity! They want to know and experience it all! These young learners are so driven and strive to be the best versions of themselves possible every single day. My students come from many diverse backgrounds and needs. Some of my students come from low-income families and some are in need of academic intervention. Regardless of all of that, they always give their best when they’re at school. Our class is a family and we always strive to love and support each other throughout each day! Our school as a whole is such a tight knit community. It is not uncommon to see a 4th grader helping a kindergartner find their locker on the first day of school or to see two students reading to each other before the school day begins. Our teachers are so caring and are dedicated to making our school a place where students feel safe enough to be who they are without holding back! We are always willing to go the extra mile to see our students succeed!
