Students will have options to learn indoors or outside with these materials. They will prepare their own slides and learn more about how microscopes help them see patterns in the world around them. They will connect their reading, writing, and studying through rigorous curriculum design and project based learning.
As we learn about microorganisms and the world around us, students will be able to use these materials independently - and have them sanitized - so that students still get authentic experiments as the scientists, mathematicians, readers, and writers that they are!
Students will connect their hands on work to their economic studies as they learn how to multiply and divide powers of ten in mathematics, along with personal budgeting and opportunity cost.
