The United States is more diverse than ever before, which makes schools more diverse! It's such a beautiful thing and I would love to embrace diversity in my classroom through literature and art. My end goal is to help children see one another for who they are and embrace the things that make them unique. COVID-19 has made things difficult to fund essential things needed in the classroom. This ranges from whiteboards (used for interactive math practice) down to disinfectant wipes (thank you pandemic). Additionally, with technology advancing and schools using ChromeBooks daily, headphones are needed for students to "plug-in" individually in order to access online resources involving coding, research, interactive presentations, and much more. Please help me create a more inclusive classroom and spread love!
