I am a 4th grade teacher at Colene Hoose Elementary with the goal of instilling a love of learning in each of my students on a daily basis. My students come to school each day with a smile on their face and are ready to be ENGAGED in learning! We pack a lot of standards into our school day while building a classroom community of mutual respect, positive reinforcement, and CHOOSING KIND. My students are a diverse group with a broad range of academic and social needs. Together, we empower and encourage each other to take risks in order to grow from our mistakes. We strive to be different and stand out. We are better together.
