I have a group of 15 four-year-old kindergartners from a small, rural, Title I school district with 300 students PreK to 12th grade. My students don't know a world without technology but are learning in a classroom without any!
My students are thirsting for technology. They are always asking when they can use a computer to help learn their letter names and sounds or have a book read to them on a computer, or when they can they play a number game on a website. We have a few students in our class that do not have access to Internet or a computer at home.
