I am a general ed. teacher serving mutlipe students who each have an IEP. While it has been a challenge, they have made me a much better teacher in the short time we've been in session this school year. I have been faced with challenges everyday, I am always amazed at the successes that come when I take those challenges head on. I have the best support staff at my school. They understand that I cannot meet the needs of all my students when I am tending to the 4 that require more individual time than anyone else. Our system does not have the financial resources for a full time aid, so we've been asked to step up and help these students be as successful as their peers. As a whole my classroom has created a strong comfortable learning environment where ALL students can learn and be challenged.
