We are a Title I school with over 50% qualifying for free and/or reduced lunch. We are an extremely diverse group. The parents of my students are very supportive and want to to help their children. They work multiple jobs and their priority is putting food on the table and paying the bills. This often doesn't leave money for extras like books.
