Wobble cushions and bouncy bands help students with special needs release built up energy and allows them to fidget in a non distracting way. These bands and cushions will be an important and vital part in the classroom. They will provide students with outlets to move without leaving their desk at inappropriate times. It is said "When your body is moving, your brain is more engaged in learning! For kids with diagnoses like sensory processing disorder, autism, ADHD, and anxiety, the challenge of sitting and focusing is affected by other symptoms of their diagnosis." Allowing these students to move while working will help them concentrate more and retain important information to help them succeed in the future.
