Welcome! I am blessed to work in the school district that taught me to love education and the arts! I am big on giving back to my community and helping all students, especially those living in low socio-economic statuses and English Learners.I grew up learning English with teachers who believed in me and I want to do the same for my students. I thoroughly enjoy teaching with infusion of the arts, technology, multiculturalism, and democracy to make learning meaningful. I feel like these skills will create well-rounded scholars and contributing members of our society! Most importantly, I want my students to cultivate a self love and awareness; to be able to feel their feelings, process, and learn to be resilient. I want them to have a safe space in our class to be whoever they are.
