Research shows that students work better in collaborative groups. These tables will help my students to easily work together without restricting boundaries. Students will have the opportunity to use the large work space to complete higher level thinking projects. With these tables I will now be able to provide all of my students with the choice to work wherever they feel they can learn best in my room. These tables also aid in our ability to come back together during times of collaboration to work together in large groups. In first grade we are building a base for this life skill. Helping them become the best learners they can be is my lifelong goal.

About my class
