I am a middle school math teacher! I just started my 2nd year teaching 6th grade math (after teaching 2 years in elementary) and I have found my teacher happy place! I love the kids, the content, and the middle school environment. Most of my students qualify for free and reduced lunch, making my school a Title 1 school (majority low income families). I try my best to give my students opportunities they might not experience outside of school. I look for ways to get them involved in their community and society.
