I am a Kindergarten teacher. I have twenty students of various abilities in my classroom. I am passionate about literacy, and my goal as a teacher is to help my students become as passionate about reading as I am. Students come into my room at various levels. Some kiddos are ready to take on the challenge of reading, while others are just working on learning letters. Although, we are in a wonderfully support community, our budget keeps getting sliced. There is no funds to purchase items to enhance curriculum. Our PTO and Foundation are BEYOND amazing too, but I thought this would be a great option for our school to help expand our resources.
