My students are 11 and 12 year old boys and girls who have are developing basic math skills and attempting new math challenges! This group includes approximately 168 students. With challenging new standards in place, we are ready to broaden our mathematical horizons! Although students are willing and able, they need to be constantly engaged in learning in new ways. I am always looking for the next, best or most engaging methods of teaching math in order to hold their interest!
