The iPads will provide an opportunity for individualized math support during small group instruction rotations. Students will access the Go Math curriculum app for reinforcement of concepts and skills taught in class. Students will also be able to access the iReady program for student-specific math skills practice. Students will also use the iPads in our STEAM activities and projects throughout the year. Our classes will include STEAM in both science and math class. Whether researching topics, investigating ideas, collecting data, taking photos/video of their process, or composing presentations, students will be using technology. With only 3 computers in the classroom, the iPads will allow for easy access for up to 6 groups of students. The portability of the tablets will allow the students to use them inside and outside of the classroom.
