My students attend a Title 1 Public Middle School in Lynwood California. They are considered high poverty and have very limited means. Parents work multiple jobs to provide a better life for their children. Even with their hardships, parents still find time to volunteer and attend school events. The love for learning and compassion taught at home extends to our classroom, their kindness is contagious. My students are intelligent, curious, and eager to learn. As a class we try to cross the curriculum in order to make our learning meaningful. We used technology to showcase our learning in a 21st century classroom. My students and I would genuinely appreciate your support.
