Anacoco High School has always been rated an "A" school and recently received a 2016 National Blue Ribbon Award for being an Exemplary High Performing School.
Even though our students excel in many areas, they face hardships each day: 29% receive free or reduced lunches, 23% reside with with someone other than with parents, most live with grandparents, and about 33% live in low socio-economic homes.
Our school unites through the hearts of the staff and student organizations to support those in need through out backpack and school supply program along with sponsoring students for Christmas so they experience the holidays they otherwise would not celebrate. Our school is bound together with disciple, structure, excellence, but mostly LOVE.
