By donating to our project, you will make possible a lab activity that allow students to observe how elements' atomic structure can be differentiated by the light that an element emits. They will be able to make qualitative observations and calculations involving energy, frequency, and wavelength. We need a carousel with element spectrum tubes.
Chemistry labs are experiences that motivate and engage students, providing a better understanding and long-lasting knowledge. Lab activities allow students to experiment, observe, and apply what they learn in class. Light Up! will complement my students' curriculum and also show them how to combined observations and critical thinking to get the most valuable information from their work.
