With a variety of levels and different learning disabilities, my classroom works best with multi-sensory tools and games to create a warm, caring, nurturing and effective learning environment. The games will serve as fun activities where my students will be learning while having fun in the classroom. I included social- emotional games as well as this is an important area where my students need to experience growth. We use play dough and stamping to practice spelling as well as dry erase markers. Each item listed will contribute to the learning of some very sweet students.
In addition to the hands on activities, my love to work on reading and math with online learning tools such as boom cards and listening to fun rhymes and poems to help work on memorization. My students need comfortable headphones for those activities.
