Our school is a Title I school, which means more than 80% of the school is receiving free and/or reduced meals and are part of a low socio-economic background. Our students are also integrated with smart, kind visually impaired students that need additional support and resources to be mainstreamed into my general education classroom. This year, I have 28 amazing English learners all eager to learn ranging in all grade levels from K-5th grade! I want to create a fun, engaging, and equitable learning environment for my class.
