In an age where students hate reading and think nothing pertains to them, Ready Player One has a chance to break that mold as it features problems they can relate to, an encroachment of technology like never before and so much more. I am aiming toward ending Business English with Ready Player One and associated workplace materials. This will also be coupled with more fiction pieces and another novel--Animal Farm. The work will not be easy, but with books like Ready Player One, it can be enjoyable. Please help me engage my students and make them want and enjoy reading again!
