While the subject of school safety is on the rise the Barracuda Intruder Defense System will be one thing to help keep my students safe in the event of an intruder in our building. The Barracuda is a quickly installed security device that can help protect the occupants of the room against any building intruder. While teaching them the things they need to succeed as they go on throughout their year is a daily thing in our classroom, student safety is our #1 priority as well! Our students need to know that they are safe if something like this were to happen. With this tool, it will keep us one step closer to helping them have piece of mind. I hope that we will never have to use this piece but would love to be prepared just in case.
