I am a first year teacher. The school I started at had no class books or reading resources for me. There is also not a library in my school. I have been working hard to build a class library so that I can supply students with a large variety of books that they can read in school, as well as take home with them so that they can build a real love for reading. I have started a good collection so far, but I want to get more books that relate to my students interests and that they feel they can relate to.
