Our classroom is one of safety, comfort, warmth, acceptance, and love. My students know that I try my best to get them the materials and resources needed for them to have equity in their learning, specifically literacy and technology, in comparison to schools in more affluent districts.
The goal of my class is to empower my students with the tools needed to not only advocate for themselves, but to also utilize their knowledge in technology, public speaking, and literacy to be successful within their own lives and communities.
