I am a fourth grade teacher in a low income urban school district. Our school is a nonprofit organization with over 850 students. Close to 100% of these students receive free or reduced lunch. It is hard for many of our school's families to buy the basic necessities that their children will need each day, like pencils, notebooks, and crayons. Even though many of my students face hardships outside of school, they come here with high-energy each day and are ready to learn! I hope that with your help, we can make their classroom an even better place with the best resources!
