Welcome to my donor page! A little about sensory swings and their use: Processing stimuli from the senses of sight, smell, sound, touch, taste, balance and body is overwhelming. Those with Autism will often withdraw to avoid over stimulation, or try to sort out the input from their senses with self-developed soothing mechanisms and repetitive behaviors. Providing additional sensory swings within my classroom will provide my students with choices of swings to best suit their sensory needs in the moment. This will also help to promote self-awareness! Please help by donating- no amount it too small! Thank you!!
