I teach in a multi-age team in a Title 1 school in rural East Tennessee. I teach the Kindergarten skills to the students in my K-2 team. I have a great group of students! They are so excited to be in school and learning! They are working extremely hard and I am so proud of their progress. They are always a blessing to me. It is a special treat to work in a multi-age team. I get to teach my students for 3 years. We really get to know them and their families. We work to cultivate a relationship in the hopes that our impact will last long after they have moved on.
