I teach first grade teacher in a low income district with a class sizes that averaged 30 students. Due to lack of resources the students do not have art, music, language, technology or media center. I try to ensure that we have as many materials as possible to enhance their learning and stretch their imaginations and knowledge base while in my classroom to make learning meaningful but also engaging. The donations are so meaningful to the students to know that others care about them and their success.

About my class
