Our general music classroom in Chicago is consistently filled with children's singing voices and laughter. Students are excited to cultivate their talent and perform challenging repertoire as an ensemble. They find joy in singing with each other, for their parents, and for community members.
The students in my classroom are joyful, wonderful singers, with a passion for learning.
Due to scheduling constraints, students can spend only an hour every week in the classroom learning musical concepts and choral works. However, my students return for every music period eager, smiling, and excited to participate, giving twice the effort in half the time!
About my class
