These Polar heart rate monitors work with our Polar GoFit app, which projects in the gym to show students their personal heart rates and time in specified target zone. The data is trackable over the course of the school year and accessible to parents and students. Using heart rate monitors creates individualized instruction and motivates students to put forth their best effort! I am able to use their heart rate data to design differentiated instruction that will give students the most possible moderate to vigorous physical activity in each lesson. The monitors will be used throughout the school year by half of each class, each day. Students will rotate so they all use the heart rate monitors as often as possible.
