Having book boxes in the classroom will allow each student to explore on-level reading materials that are also engaging to that student. Students have been becoming writers, and having crayons and an electric pencil sharpener will allow them to explore different mediums to write with. The kinder friends have also been learning sight words, and being able to manipulate magnetic letters and word kits will increase their engagement. By increasing engagement, students will be more excited to learn and explore new and challenging words. They will be able to expand their minds by reading about new and exciting themes and genres from their book boxes.
