I sincerely appreciate any and all support for my classroom and my students. My students are exploring our world, celebrating growth, radiating kindness, and honoring difference. Before moving to New Haven, I served for six years as the founding high school placement director, enrichment coordinator, teacher recruitment lead, and technology enthusiast for The Equity Project (TEP) Charter School in NYC. Previously, I worked with an HIV prevention project for drug users in Mumbai, India on a year-long service fellowship. I earned my B.A. in History and Urban Studies at the University of Pennsylvania, and am currently pursuing my M.A. with Johns Hopkins University. I have a collection of 1300 PEZ dispensers, speaks a bit of Hindi, and is fluent in Spanish. Dave enjoys bucket lists, biking, brothers, grandmas, very long walks, mornings, strangers, mud-running, hiking, public transportation, summer camps, & healthyness
