I’m a Speech-Language Pathologist at a K–5 elementary school, working with amazing students who have diverse communication needs. Many are on the autism spectrum and/or use AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) to express themselves. In our speech sessions, we focus on building language through play, visuals, books, and engaging activities that meet each student where they are. My goal is to help every child find their voice—whether spoken, signed, or through a device—and use it with confidence. Communication is at the heart of everything we do, and every success, big or small, is celebrated.
About my class
