For Christmas I would like for my students, my advisory, to create stockings that reflects who they are. Once they are done decorating their own stockings they will then write words of affirmation to their peers before going on break. These words of affirmation will serve as a time for all the students to know that there is someone they can talk to over break. This project will also serve as a space for students to be able to relax. I believe there is power in arts and crafts, which is a time for students to destress especially before their finals. My students and I would deeply appreciate this.
