My class is divided into 2 groups of 3, each are giving a sensory task and a hygiene task. The sensory task is what I have put in my cart which includes sensory motor blocks and a feel and find sensory tub. In my classroom I already have an abundance of hands on puzzles but I feel my students would greatly benefit from more sensory based activities. Our hygiene task includes brushing their teeth, putting on deodorant and brushing their hair. When they are finished with these tasks they are in charge of cleaning up their used area. This is why my cart also has cleaning supplies and hygiene supplies. Our goal is to make our students more independent academically and have them be able to care for themselves independently,
