For my class I want my students to have fun learning and for them to be engaged. I am a first year teacher, for now I am slowly finding new and interactive ways for my class with their learning styles. Not all students learn the same way and at the same pace, but if I am able to provide them with something that is fun or that is comfortable in class then those are the opportunities I want for my students.
The interactive reading comprehension games as well as the math games are not only for practice in those subjects, but I feel they are a reward for their hard work. As for the privacy shields I want my class to be as comfortable as possible we are a testing grade level, and for each student I would like them to take responsibility in hands and keep their focus on any tests they will be taking.
Speaking of responsibility having mailboxes, I feel will have students in charge of picking up and dropping off their work, and keeping not only the students organized but myself. My students at times feel the need to move around this is why I think having clipboards will help, they will be able to find a comfortable space and complete any work that they need to do.
My class is very hard working and for myself to have a good sharpener and cutter I feel it will help with the pacing of the class and keep all of us on task. These donations will help my students magnanimously they are already hard workers, and by having these items in the classroom they will help with responsibility, organization, and work ethic.
