My students come from low-income households, where their parents are often unable to afford the supports and services that they need to be academically successful in the classroom. Students often stay after school because they need to use the technology available at school for them to complete academic work.
My student's already struggle to learn, and having access to technology would create a more engaging classroom environment to support their learning.
Funding this project would enable my students to have access to working technology, which is greatly needed to support their growth and development related to college and careers.
