We are a class in need. Our district is struggling and resources are very limited at this time. Our school is located in the city of Philadelphia. Although we may be lacking materials and resources our students come to school excited and ready to learn. They are very intelligent and wise beyond their years and deserve the best education possible. They often share stories about their families and they express their hopes and dreams for the future. They are proud of their cultural backgrounds and are open to learning about different cultures as well. They enjoy reading about interesting characters and faraway places. Their love of reading is the reason why this project is so important. I thank you in advance for your support of this project!
